Description

Our best selling and certainly most provacative wine offerring.  Sex is a fruit forward rosé with light red berry aromas and a balanced finish.  This Cuve Close style bubbly made from a blend of several different grape varieties.

Pairings:  Poached Salmon, Brie, Sushi.

Production notes

Grapes are picked and carefully pressed in the fall.  The juice is fermented in stainless steel after settling.  The wine is blended and then re-fermented in the Cuve Close Method capturing the delicate bubbles in solution.  The wine is then filtered and bottled.
